So
happy to be home! Six nights of hospital pain, confinement, meds, shots, and
wake-ups was enough for a lifetime. Although I had to come home with three of
the snakes still attached, I am able to move about much more freely. Today I
was able to venture into the backyard to feel the bright spring sun.
THANK YOU ALL for holding me in the light throughout this past
week, I really felt and feel your love! It is helping me deal with every single
minute of this ordeal.
Tomorrow I go to see the plastic surgeon and hopefully have my
drains removed. Pathology results will be later this week I hope. I am
predicting a report back that says: "all clean margins".
Yay! I'm so glad you got out into the healing sunshine! Hang in there! Though your recovery won't be simple, you will be 'trending' better each and every day - you and Spring, triumphant together. Speaking of Spring: I saw three of my bunnies yesterday - leaping and playing, (or sparring, it's hard to say), when all of a sudden the littlest one turns and heads straight to me. This is true; I just stood there, frozen in surprise. Before she turned back, I'm sure she asked, "Where is my biggest fan, Juanita"? I told her that you would be coming soon, probably in time to see the little ones dashing about. The bunnies miss you and so do I, so keep on getting stronger, and more streamlined, and we all hope to see you soon.
